Visitor IP reporting incorrectly (Resolved)

  • We are aware of an issue that is causing the visitor IP's for certain visitors to be the same as those of other visitors.

    The issue is caused by an incompatibility between our current Apache version, and the mod_cloudflare module.

    A temporary workaround for this issue is to use the CF-Connecting-IP header or to disable (greycloud) CloudFlare for your domain.

Cannot create certain items in client area (Resolved)

  • We are aware of an issue where certain items in the client area cannot be added. At this time, we are aware of the following issues:

    • Support tickets are not always opened correctly. Staff still do receive notifications about tickets and will reply to you directly.
    • Transactions to payments are not added. Your invoice will be marked as paid but refunds may take a little longer to process.
