How can I cancel my service?

In order to cancel your service, please follow these steps:

1. Login to your account on our client area at
2. Click on the Services dropdown menu and then click on My Services
3. Click on View Details  for the service you want to cancel
4. Click on the Management Actions dropdown menu and select Request cancellation

You may select either immediate cancellation or for your service to be cancelled at the end of the billing period.
All cancellations are processed on 8 am GMT+1 (Amsterdam), if you made an error in your request, please submit a high priority support ticket before this time.

Make sure to Cancel any automatic payment profiles! These profiles cannot be automatically canceled by us so this must be done by you.
